Wow it's been a while. So, we're almost done with our still lifes. All the kids keep telling me how good it is (I've actually done a little more than this I just didn't get a pic) I don't like how scratched up the violin looks and I've been trying to make some background shading. I think the problem is I've been working more small scale and with charcoal. XD But i'm definitely the farthest into the project and it does look nice :) My sister loves it and wants me to give it to her when I'm done. I'll probably hang it up in our room.
I've gotten a request from a friend... She wants me to draw her cello. I was thinking... uuuhhh I don't do instruments. But I guess you never know until you try huh? She lives in Twin Falls so I'll probably mail it to her once I'm done. I love giving my projects away because by the time I'm done with them I've spent so many sweaty, tear-wrenching hours on it I don't want to see them again... anyways, looking forward to that...
I've been swamped this week, and my journals have declined XD But I do love this one with the broken pot and flowers.
My homework got graded! I got a 52/50... I nearly died and just about screamed at Tookey, "YOU'RE NOT SICK ARE YOU?!" The boys at my table were comparing whos' hat drawing looked better based on shape and shade/form stuff and I was just sitting there thinking, "...they'll probably hate me if I ever tell them what I got."
Same situation with the crumpled piece of paper assignment. 51/50.
Well, I may fail my Spanish III and CC American History classes but at least I'll have a perfect grade in arts! Yay! That'll provide for me!
...anyways...
On an unrelated note, Rowan asked me to Homecoming ^_^ he knows my locker combo (long story) so he put a note along with a huge Hershey's bar and M&Ms. When I turned around he was like, "well, you haven't answered my question." and I said, "Well, I have to find a creative way to answer! You can't have it yet!"
All the girls in choir thought it was so sweet. They were impressed and excited for me ^_^
Awesome friends.
